At an early age, the Apostle received Christ as his Lord and Savior. While attending Shady Grove Missionary Baptist Church, his faithfulness and obedience were seen by the Shepherd of the house and many others. In return, this led to his ordination as a deacon for this body. The role of a deacon was just the beginning because God had something else in mind.
The Late Apostle Izell Williams, Jr. was not only called but sent by God on September of 1992. In the same year, he delivered his first public sermon to the members of the Shady Grove Missionary Baptist Church. On April 18, 1994, he was ordained as a minister, and on January of 1995, he answered another call. This call elevated him to the position of Pastor of Ephesus Missionary Baptist Church.
While at the said church, he was led by God to a new direction. In the year 2001, the Lord led him to Tallahassee, Florida. While in Tallahassee, God began to give instructions concerning this new direction; He gave him Isaiah 43:18-19.
God told him how he was going to do something new for the Body of Believers in Ephesus. Not only did God give him the key scriptures, but while driving back from Florida, he gave him the key song, “I’m Headed in a New Direction.”
On May 26, 2006, NDCC, Inc. opened their doors. Within these doors, one will find a Body of Believers running in a new direction with boldness, with compassion, anointed for saving souls, healing the sick and teaching people how to live an abundant life in love.
The Late Apostle Izell Williams, Jr. was the husband of Pastor Prophetess Theresa Williams. He was the father of two children, one god daughter, grandfather of six grandchildren, and the father-in-law of a daughter-in-law and a son-in-law.

Prophetess Williams acknowledged the great commission from God in 2005 to: “Go ye therefore, and teach all nations….teaching them all things whatsoever I have commanded you.” Mathew 28:19. With this great commission, she serves as the Pastor of NDCC, Inc. under the CEO/Founder The Late Apostle Izell Williams, Jr.
Additionally, she is the Minister of Music for the Praise Team and the Mass Choir. She also serves as the overseer of the Women’s Ministries where her wisdom and virtuous life impact women from every walk of life.
Prophetess Theresa W. Williams is the wife of The Late Apostle Izell Williams, Jr. She is the mother of two children, one god daughter, grandmother of six grandchildren, and the mother-in-law of a daughter-in-law and a son-in-law.
